According to recommendations from fire safety authorities:

Cut off the power immediately.Use dry powder fire extinguishers to put out visible flames. However, since dry powder extinguishers have a short discharge time, they cannot provide continuous suppression for electric bike fires.

Water cooling. Due to the battery's ongoing internal reactions and heat release, re-ignition may occur. Therefore, it is recommended to use water-based fire extinguishers for continuous cooling and fire suppression.
